The following rules apply if you need access to the data centre:

• Register at least 24 hours in advance (except in case of malfunctions)
• Only contacts known to us can aquire access. Leaving for holiday and your colleague is in charge? Don't forget to register your colleague!
• Always bring identification!
• Maximum 2 persons per customer / visit
• Food and beverages are strictly forbidden on the data floor
• Installing / removing equipment only under supervision of our staff.

In case you have multiple servers it's also possible to get your own access-card (PAC). That way you'll have direct access to your equipment 24/7.
