Managed hosting offers you the possibility to leave the management of your server completely, or in part to us. Our staff checks your server 24/7 for problems, and install, after communicating with your developers, software updates. You decide the level of service you need from our three available service packages. Using your own control panel you have all information on your server under your fingertips.
Private servers, hardware arbitration or server rental

Installation in Cyso suite TelecityGroup
Your server wil be installed in a completely locked down room in the Cyso suite of data centre TelecityGroup in Amsterdam or on the shared floor of EU Networks. Depending on your whishes you can choose to spread your servers over multiple physical locations or you can choose to hire dedicated space at one location.
Redundant power and network services
All servers in our datacentra are connected to a completely redundant power supply. Our datacentre offers a nobreak installation and a diesel powered power supply so power outages are a thing of the past. Your server will be connected to our completely redudant network and always have a full 100 Mbit switchport. We offer a 1 Gbit connection to our network at an extra fee.
Extendable with Microsoft® Software
Rent Microsoft® software for your server, easily and legally Cyso Managed Hosting's Service License Provider Agreement. Check our software page for more information.
Installation and maintenance of software and applications
According to your demands we install all software on the server. After checking it's functionality we offer you the server.

Support
Our service desk is always available to your needs during office hours on telephone or email. Using an extensive ticketingsystem you'll always know what support questions still stand. Out of office hours we have an emergency service which pro-actively fixes problems on your server 24/7.
Support moving, intensive support and SLA
Our specialist are able to help you with the migration or moving from your current provider at an extra fee. And you can always count on our pro active support with all questions and problems. Dependant on the choice of your service package we are also able to sign a Service Level Agreement. Please contact our sales department for more information.
Extensive control panel
Use your private control panel to check your data traffic statistics and historical data. You can also check your servers operational status and support requests.
