Service Level Agreement
We offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) on some of our services, such as Premium data traffic. This SLA is a contract in which Cyso Managed Hosting agrees to deliver their services according to certain specifications, and what happens if these specifications aren't met. A SLA can be agreed upon for data traffic, server hosting, remote hands and support. For instance you can specify a certain time in which your support question must be processed.
An SLA is almost always a unique document which is created in mutual agreement. Please contact our sales department for more information on this subject.
