A staff member of Cyso Managed hosting actively watches your email server 24/7 and takes action to prevent problems or immediately tries to solve them. All staff automatically receive notifications through email and an ingenious msn system.

This service protects your server(s) from attacks from the internet. This service is unavailable for Budget bandwith users.

All the latest versions and security updates of your operating system are installed weekly (Linux, Windows2000/2003, Solaris). But we also update your webserver's software, ftp software and mail software. We try to do this at night as much as possible and always notify you at least 72 hours in advance.

Although our managed hosting service always uses a-grade hardware, defects can happen. In that case we'll contact the supplier, replace the defective part and take measures to prevent further damage to the server.

If you need our staff to work at night we charge no extra cost. Combined with the remote hands module this means that all maintenance is the same price at night as it is by day.

We charge no travelling expenses if our staff has to drive at evening or night to the data centre to solve a problem with your server.

To support you and your developers, and to fix malfunctions we offer the Remote Hands module. In case of server malfunction we directly come into action. You can also ask your Remote Hands to install or upgrade your server/software.

Even with quality brands hardware and double hard drives in your server there's always the possibility of data loss. Sometimes by human erros, sometimes by hardware failure and even sometimes by intention . That's why it's possible to backup your data and retreive it if nessecary. We also can provide more hard disk space, tape backup for extra security and a dvd mail server for those who want a copy nearby. This service NOT a disaster recovery service! Data recovery is limited to once every six weeks.
