Rackhosting

Rackhosting gives you a part or a complete 19” rack for your servers. You'll receive 2 connections to our network, making it easy to divide server load over several servers. Use your control panel to see and analyze your data traffic statistics and have direct access to the support- and ticketing system. Invoices will be sent every month. Minimal contract time is 12 months. We charge a one time fee for placing and installing. Your first invoice will be sent after the succesfull delivery of your rack.

Access Data Centre

Apply for access to your server at least 24 hours in advance during office hours. Installing and or removing of equipment can only happen under supervision of our staff. The PAC card is available as an option with rent of at least 1/2 cabinet at a one time fee.

With rackhosting we offer the possibility to use additional services such as tape backup or disk storage. Contact our sales department for more information.

Reach our service desk during office hours by phone or email. Out of office hours we also offer support 24/7. At an extra fee it's also possible to receive assistance in the data centre (remote hands).

All servers in our datacentra are connected to a completely redundant power supply. Our datacentre offers a nobreak installation and a diesel powered power supply so power outages are a thing of the past. If you order a full rack you'll receive 8 power connections with a maximum load of 8A.

Your server will be connected to our completely redudant network and always have a full 100 Mbit switchport. We offer a 1 Gbit connection to our network at an extra fee.

Use your control panel to see into the operational status of your connection, data statistics and support requests.

Need more IP adresses for your server? As long as the use of IP adresses fits within the RIPE regulations you can apply for more IP adresses free of charge. Every colocated server has 5 IP adresses available, and has managable reverse DNS for these adresses using a control panel. Using our regular DNS servers is free of charge for domains registered at Cyso Managed Hosting.
